St. Kilian Advocaat - Eggnog Muffins

There is no way around this sweet Easter treat! Quick and easy to prepare with just a few ingredients, the fluffy eggnog muffins, refined with the St. Kilian ADVOCAAT , are the perfect last-minute Easter recipe. Treat yourself and your guests to an enjoyable Easter. To the muffin liners – Ready – Go!

For 12 jars of eggnog muffins, you'll need:

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 ml St. Kilian ADVOCAAT Eggnog
  • 4 tbsp dark chocolate shavings

Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat (convection: 160 degrees). Mix butter, sugar and eggs with a hand mixer. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir alternately with the eggnog into the creamy mixture. Fold in the chocolate shavings. Divide between the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
