Terence Hill - The Hero - Full on the nut Easter bunny sponge cake

Ingredients:

  • 300 g soft butter
  • 300 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • Mark 1 vanilla bean
  • 300 g ground almonds
  • 150 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 80 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml Terence Hill - The Hero - Full on the nut hazelnut liqueur

Preparation:

  • Preheat oven to 150 degrees
  • Grease baking pan or line with baking paper
  • Cream butter with sugar
  • Add the eggs one at a time and mix
  • Mix ground almonds, flour, baking powder and stir into the egg mixture alternately with the Terence Hill - The Hero - Voll auf die Nuss (hazelnut liqueur).
  • Toast chopped hazelnuts in a pan, add to the batter and mix together
  • Pour the dough mixture into the baking pan and bake at hot air for about 35 minutes
  • After baking, let the bunnies stand in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove them from the pan and let them cool down
  • Poke small holes in the cake with a wooden stick or fork and brush with the Terence Hill - The Hero - Voll auf die Nuss (hazelnut liqueur).
  • When the liqueur is absorbed decorate with powdered sugar
