Kiliani Edition - Burkard, 0.5l
The Kiliani Edition is published annually on the commemoration day of the patron saint of Franconians, July 8. The third Kiliani bottling is dedicated to WĂŒrzburg's first bishop Burkard. Made from local barley, this mild single malt whisky matured in regional Pinot Noir wine barrels made from Franconian oak. The intense fruit palette of ripe peaches, apricots and melons, rounded off by sweet vanilla and red grapes, is given additional depth with warming oak spice as well as subtle tannins and promises an exceptional taste experience.

The intense fruit palette of ripe peaches and juicy apricots is supported by creamy vanilla, enhanced with red grape as well as wine aromatic nuances and refined by a touch of oak.
TASTE
Fruity notes of peaches, apricots and ripe melons bring a juicy freshness rounded by sweet vanilla and red grapes, with added depth from warming oak spice and subtle tannins.
AFTERNOON
The creamy fruit lingers long and pleasantly warming with red grapes, a sweet hint of chocolate as well as dark toffee and supported by dry oak notes with a fine tannin framework.
