Experience St. Kilian at the Online Whisky Tasting
Our distillery is a centre of attraction for whisky fans, interested people, but also for the trade press due to the technical uniqueness of some components.
At the end of June, we welcomed Bernhard Rems from whiskyexperts.net. During his visit, Master Distiller Mario Rudolf showed him around the distillery and our cask storage (Bunker City) and explained the new technical refinements.
Our Signature Edition seven
Sweet notes of sultanas and dark fruits preserved in dry sherry leave room for ripe peaches with walnut as well as fine herbs, primarily mint and sage. For those who cannot resist these scents, our new Signature Edition SEVEN is the right choice.
Matured in ex-Sherry PX and ex-Sherry Oloroso casks, the latest Signature Edition brings the sun of Andalusia into the glass. The single malt whisky is bottled with a cask strength of 51.7% vol.
