For 4 jars of MARZIPAN cream you will need:
- 75 ml St. Kilian MARZIPAN CREAM - cream liqueur
- 250 g curd
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 200 g whipped cream
- 1 sachet of cream stiffener
- 1 tin of mandarins
- 60 g cantuccini
Preparation: Mix St. Kilian MARZIPAN CREAM, quark, yogurt and honey. Whip the cream until stiff and fold into the cream. Crumble the cantuccini. First place the cantuccini, then a first layer of cream in a glass and place a few pieces of mandarin oranges on top. Spread another layer of cream and a few cantuccini crumbs on top.
