For 6 jars of St. Kilian lightning tiramisu you need:
- 4 cl St. Kilian CREAM - cream liqueur
- 4 cl espresso
- Sponge fingers
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g curd
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk
Preparation: Let espresso cool and mix with St. CREAM. Mix mascarpone, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar and milk to a mass. Soak ladyfingers with espresso-CREAM mix and place in a glass. Layer the mixture on top and sprinkle with cocoa.
