Single malt whisky – craftsmanship, passion & enjoyment
Made in Germany
Classic & Peated
The two single malt whiskies CLASSIC and PEATED form the core range of St. Kilian Distillers and represent the foundation of the distillery. Both bottlings are made up of mild and smoky (54 ppm) single malts, 70% of which were matured in various bourbon casks and 30% in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. Each bottled at 46% vol. in the newly created 700 ml pot still bottle.

Signature Edition
The Signature Edition positions itself as creative premium line and thus forms the flagship of our distillery. Each edition is numbered and brings with it a new interpretation of barrel maturation. The individually adjusted alcohol strength and the transparent composition of the casks used make each Signature Edition single malt whisky an exclusive taste experience and a genuine collector’s item – innovative, unpredictable and unique.

Special bottlings
From ex-Eisbock casks to Japanese Mizunara oak: In addition to the Core Range and Signature Edition, our distillery inspires with a variety of limited special bottlings. These are created through the use of unusual barrel types or through special collaborations.
