In his legendary films, Terence Hill always stands up for justice, and he is not afraid to get into fierce fights. For this smoky whisky, we combined single malt whisky with ex rum cask notes from our own stocks with triple-distilled, mild whiskey from the Great Northern Distillery in Dundalk, Ireland, which matured in ex-bourbon barrels. In 2023, Terence Hill – The Hero Whisky (smoky) received the ‘World Spirits Award’ as the group winner and the ‘Spirits of the Year’ award as the variety winner in the ‘Whisky Worldwide’ category.

Light gold

Nose
The wood smoke at the forefront combines with sweet molasses, bourbon vanilla and lots of cream toffee, accompanied by a fruity potpourri of vineyard peach and mango as well as a hint of marzipan in the background.

Palate
Strong and intense with a mix of peat smoke, sweet molasses, creamy vanilla and creamy caramel, accompanied by ripe peach and a hint of mango. A soothing warmth of spicy oak and white pepper rounds off the multi-layered flavours perfectly.

Finish
Creamy toffee and sweet vanilla are replaced by spicy oak and a pinch of cocoa, while fine smoky notes linger for a long time.
