
Christmas is cookie time – and with St. Kilian CLASSIC - Mild & Fruity, baking takes on a very special note! In these whisky cookies, fine chocolate notes meet the mild character and fruity aromas of single malt whisky. Perfect for anyone who loves whisky and is looking for an extraordinary addition to their cookie plate.
For approximately 40 St. Kilian Whisky Cookies, you will need:
- 2 tbsp St. Kilian CLASSIC - Mild & Fruity
- 230 g chocolate (dark chocolate is best)
- 30 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 60 g flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 100 g baking-stable chocolate chips (dark chocolate)
Preparation: Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it slowly with the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the single malt whisky and let it cool slightly.
Beat sugar and eggs until fluffy. Carefully fold in the chocolate mixture while stirring. Gently fold in flour, baking powder, and chocolate chips.
Drop the dough onto two baking sheets using two teaspoons. Leave about 2 cm space between the cookies. Bake at 180°C top/bottom heat for 12 minutes.
