Credit Card
If you wish to pay by credit card, you must select your card type. We accept VISA and MasterCard credit cards. Furthermore, we require your credit card number, expiry date, and the security code on the back of your credit card.
To strengthen your confidence in paying by credit card, we use the so-called 3D Secure procedure. This is a security service offered by MasterCard (MasterCard Secure Code) and VISA (Verified by Visa) that protects your cardholder data with a separate password. A prerequisite for this is that your credit card has been enabled for this procedure by your card-issuing bank.
Please note that for security reasons, you cannot use the credit card payment method for telephone orders.
And this is how payment with MasterCard Secure Code or Verified by Visa works:
If your credit card is already enabled for the 3D Secure procedure, you can start the payment process after clicking the “Submit Order” button at the end of the ordering process. An SSL-encrypted form from your bank's server will open. By entering your personal SecureCode and your password, you confirm the transaction.
If your credit card does not yet support the 3D Secure procedure, the order value will be reserved on your credit card by clicking the "Submit Order" button at the end of the ordering process and debited when the goods are shipped.
If you have not yet activated your credit card for the 3D-Secure procedure, you can do so during the payment process. To do this, enter the following data in the SSL-encrypted form from your bank's server:
- Credit card validity
- Your date of birth
- Your account number
In a second step, you define your details (SecureCode, personal greeting) for the personal authorization of this and future online transactions.
After we have received positive payment confirmation from your credit institution, the dispatch of the ordered goods will be arranged.
Sofortüberweisung (Instant Transfer)
What is Sofortüberweisung?
Sofortüberweisung is an innovative payment method with TÜV certificates "Certified Data Protection" and "Certified Payment System". Sofortüberweisung was developed by Payment Network AG and is already used in numerous online shops in Germany.
Via the secure payment form of Payment Network AG, which is not accessible to merchants, Sofortüberweisung automatically and in real time initiates a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the merchant's bank account.
How to use Sofortüberweisung
Payment with Sofortüberweisung works like a usual online bank transfer with your bank. You can complete the payment process for an online purchase through your personal online account.
Immediately after you click the "Submit Order" button at the checkout, the transfer process starts and the transfer mask loads. In a pre-filled transfer form, you only need to enter your bank code, your account number, and your name, and then confirm the transaction as usual with your PIN and TAN.
As soon as we have received payment confirmation from Payment Network AG, the dispatch of the ordered goods will be arranged.
Prerequisites for payment with Sofortüberweisung
Basically, any internet user can use Sofortüberweisung as a payment method if they have an activated online banking account with a PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that for a few banks, payment with Sofortüberweisung is not yet available. You need the following access data for payment with Sofortüberweisung:
- Your BLZ (Bankleitzahl - Bank Code)
- Your account number
- Your login details for your bank (direct banking number or account number, depending on the bank)
- Your PIN number, which you also use with your bank
- Your TAN, which has been assigned to you by your bank
Security comes first
Payment with Sofortüberweisung is transmitted via an SSL-encrypted connection. With the help of your PIN and TAN, you authorize your transfer, which can then be executed by your bank. Neither we nor Payment Network AG, as the provider of Sofortüberweisung, store your PIN and TAN; instead, they are transmitted from the transfer form to the bank via encrypted connections.
Invoice with Klarna
Pay in 14 days
With the fee-free invoice purchase with Klarna, you receive your goods before you have paid. You can shop relaxed, place your order, and look at the products at your leisure at home. You then have 14 days to settle the invoice. You do not need to provide any sensitive data; invoice purchase is completely risk-free.
PayPal
The online payment service PayPal, which is free for buyers, makes your purchase quick and secure in over 20,000 German online shops. With just a few clicks, you have paid for your purchase, and your data, such as bank details or credit card number, are securely stored with PayPal.
Basically, any internet user can use PayPal's online payment service; only a free registration with PayPal is required. Simply pay with your email address and password: PayPal encrypts your confidential information with the latest technology. By paying via PayPal, the seller receives a payment confirmation immediately after your purchase, and you thus receive your goods faster. In addition, PayPal offers you special buyer protection. If your ordered goods do not arrive or do not match the description, PayPal's buyer protection will refund the full purchase price including shipping costs.
Simply proceed to the checkout with your shopping cart and select PayPal as your payment method. After you have placed the order, you can reach the PayPal page directly with a click of the mouse. Log in and confirm the payment to PayPal. You will now receive a confirmation email from PayPal that the payment has been initiated, and we will receive a payment confirmation. Your order is thus immediately completed and can be processed directly.
