
Whether as the grand finale of a festive meal or for enjoying on a cozy evening – creamy desserts are simply part of Christmas and the winter season! So our recipe tip for a light coffee mousse au chocolat, refined with our St. Kilian CREAM - Cream Liqueur, comes at just the right time.
For 4 dessert glasses, you will need:
- 150 g dark chocolate
- 4 tbsp fine sugar
- 200 ml (vegan) cream
- 50 ml espresso
- 50 ml St. Kilian CREAM - Cream Liqueur
Preparation: Brew espresso, let it cool, and mix with St. Kilian CREAM. Melt dark chocolate over a bain-marie and let it cool slightly. Stir in the espresso-liqueur mixture.
Whip the cream until stiff. Add sugar and stir in. Fold the cream into the chocolate-espresso-liqueur mixture. Distribute the mousse into the glasses and chill until serving. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, cranberries, and rosemary.
