For 4 small glasses of MARZIPAN Cream, you will need:
- 75 ml St. Kilian MARZIPAN CREAM – Cream Liqueur
- 250 g quark
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 200 g whipping cream
- 1 packet cream stabilizer
- 1 can mandarins
- 60 g Cantuccini
Preparation: Mix St. Kilian MARZIPAN CREAM, quark, yogurt, and honey. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it into the mixture. Crumble the Cantuccini. First, add the Cantuccini, then a layer of cream into a glass, and spread some mandarin pieces on top. Add another layer of cream and some Cantuccini crumbles.
