St. Kilian Advocaat - Egg Liqueur Muffins

There's no way around this sweet Easter treat! Quick and easy to prepare with just a few ingredients, these fluffy egg liqueur muffins, refined with St. Kilian ADVOCAAT, are the perfect last-minute Easter recipe. Treat yourself and your guests to a delightful Easter celebration. Get your muffin tins ready – set – go!

For 12 mini egg liqueur muffins you will need:

  • 125 g soft butter
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 125 ml St. Kilian ADVOCAAT egg liqueur
  • 4 tbsp dark chocolate shavings

Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat (convection: 160 degrees). Mix butter, sugar, and eggs with a hand mixer. Mix flour and baking powder and alternately stir into the creamy mixture with the egg liqueur. Fold in the chocolate shavings. Divide among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes.
