GENESIS Online Whisky Tasting featuring St. Kilian's oldest bottling to date

Mario Rudolf, David F. Hynes and Andreas Thümmler present five new whiskies

The St. Kilian Distillers team is delighted with the overwhelmingly positive feedback to the GENESIS Online Whisky Tasting on May 4, 2024. In the run-up, around 1,100 tasting sets with eight exclusive samples left the Lower Franconian distillery, raising hopes for an exuberant whisky experience and a journey back to the distillery's founding days.

In the cozy atmosphere of the Stillhouse, Irish whiskey legend David F. Hynes, founder and owner Andreas Thümmler, and Master Distiller Mario Rudolf presented the oldest St. Kilian bottling to date, "The Early Days – Ketterer Wash x St. Kilian". With the tasting of the 8-year-old single malt whiskey, the three whisky experts undoubtedly marked the highlight of the enjoyable evening.

In addition, three single cask highlights "Turf Tail Distillers Cut", "Irish Style", "Ultra Heavily Peated" and "David's Choice" were presented. The single cask bottling personally selected by St. Kilian's spiritual leader, David F. Hynes, and limited to 300 bottles, was completely sold out within minutes.
