APPRENTICESHIP AS DISTILLER (M /W/D) FROM SEPTEMBER 2025
Do you distil for beer, whisky and liqueurs? Then the innovative and experimental distillery St. Kilian Distillers in the heart of the Odenwald is just the right place for you to get started.
YOUR EDUCATION
The 3-year training course to become a distiller combines craftsmanship, natural science, sensory analysis and creativity. You create unique flavor compositions from high-quality raw materials. Your varied tasks will include beer preparation, distillation, mixing liqueurs, determining alcohol quantities and sugar content and monitoring production processes. The school-based training takes place in block courses in Dortmund.

- Technical understanding and enjoy working with computers
- Good knowledge of mathematics and chemistry
- Interest in scientific processes
