At the distillery in Rüdenau and at St. Kilian Bunker City (former NATO ammunition depot Hainhaus).
Where can I park?
Parking spaces are available at Reinhold Keller GmbH in Galgenrain, 63924 Kleinheubach. The entrance is open. Exiting is always possible, even if the barrier is closed. Exiting is also possible on Sunday.
Parking directly at the distillery in Rüdenau or at St. Kilian Bunker City is not possible. A shuttle will take you from the parking lot in Kleinheubach to the distillery.
Can I park my RV at the distillery?
No, unfortunately, motorhome parking directly at the distillery is not possible. However, there is a campsite available in Kleinheubach. From there, the Keller company's parking lot is within walking distance. A shuttle will take you from the parking lot in Kleinheubach to the distillery.
How do I get from the car park to the distillery?
Regular, free shuttle buses run between the car park in Kleinheubach and the distillery in Rüdenau. In the evening, in addition to the trips between the distillery and the car park, there will be an extra shuttle bus to Miltenberg.
How do I get from the distillery to Bunker City?
Free shuttle buses also operate regularly between the distillery in Rüdenau and Bunker City. Please allow at least one hour for the transfer between the distillery in Rüdenau and Bunker City.
Does the Whisky Festival cost admission?
No, admission to the Whisky Festival is free. However, exclusive festival tastings and a pre-opening event on the eve of the festival are offered. Tickets must be booked for these exclusive events.
Are there free tours too?
Yes, free short tours of the distillery in Rüdenau are offered.
How can I participate in an exclusive tasting?
Tickets for exclusive tastings and the pre-opening will soon be available for online booking. Without a ticket, you will not be granted access to the exclusive tastings or the cordoned-off tasting area in St. Kilian Bunker City. Accompanying persons without a ticket cannot participate in the exclusive tastings.
Can tours be booked at both the distillery and St. Kilian Bunker City?
Tours can be booked for both locations. However, at least one hour should be allowed for transfer between the distillery and Bunker City.
Where do the exclusive tastings start?
The meeting point for tastings at the St. Kilian Distillery is the signposted Infopoint.
The meeting point for tastings in St. Kilian Bunker City is the respective signposted collection point within Bunker City. Please follow the signs "To the Tastings". Please make your own way from the distillery to Bunker City by shuttle. Please allow a transfer time of one hour to arrive at least 5 minutes before the tasting.
How do I get to my bunker tasting on time?
If you have booked a festival tasting at Bunker City at 10:30 AM, please take the first shuttle at 09:20 AM from the parking lot in Kleinheubach to the distillery. There, you will transfer to the next shuttle to Bunker City.
Another example: Your tasting at Bunker City starts at 12:40 PM. In that case, you should arrive at the Keller company parking lot in Kleinheubach by 11:10 AM at the latest and take the shuttle bus from there to the distillery. Afterwards, you will depart from the distillery in Rüdenau for Bunker City by 11:40 AM at the latest.
How do I get my tasting tickets?
Tickets will be delivered by email after booking.
Do I need to bring my tasting tickets printed out?
No, printing your tickets is not necessary. We have participant lists for each tasting. However, we recommend having your booking confirmation digitally available on your smartphone.
Are free glasses available?
When booking a festival tasting, a nosing glass and glass holder are included. Additionally, glasses can be borrowed for a deposit.
I still have to drive. What do I do with the drams that have been poured?
The drams poured during the booked tastings can gladly be transferred into sample bottles you bring along.
Will there also be food on-site?
Yes, there will be several food trucks on site at the distillery in Rüdenau. Hot meals can also be purchased in St. Kilian Bunker City. Vegan, vegetarian, and sweet dishes will also be available.
Is only whiskey served?
No, in addition to whisky, St. Kilian liqueurs and delicious long drinks will be served. There will also be beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
Can bottles also be purchased at the Whisky Festival?
Yes, you can shop at the distillery in Rüdenau, both in the shop and at two other points of sale.
Will there also be special bottlings?
Yes, there will be special bottlings that can only be purchased on the day of the Whisky Festival.

Are St. Kilian Distillery and Bunker City wheelchair accessible?
At St. Kilian Distillery, an elevator is available for people with disabilities, which will take you to the first floor. The elevator can only be used when accompanied by a St. Kilian team member.
