Hand in Hand and Teamwork

First, the new glass bottles are filled on our four-head vacuum filler. Each bottle is first inspected for integrity and cleanliness and checked. After filling, random fill level measurements are taken. Everything in this process is precisely documented and then measured with a calibrated measuring flask.

After that, the corks are pressed in. This step is done with a small pneumatic apparatus, and we are very happy about this support! Anyone who has ever corked 10,000 bottles by hand knows how much this eases the burden.

What exactly does tamper-evident closure mean?

Then the capped bottles are loaded onto a conveyor belt, and the shrink capsules are automatically applied. In a shrink tunnel, they are then shrunk with the help of a hot air gun. The shrink capsule then completely adheres to the cork and the bottle mouth. It is important that the tear-off edge is precisely positioned. This whole process is called a "tamper-evident seal."

After that, the front and back labels are applied by hand. These are self-adhesive labels. For this, we have small stainless steel holders to place the bottles at a certain angle. The correct placement of the label is absolutely important. The notch in the bottle base determines the center during this process.

Finally, all bottles are once again thoroughly inspected with "hand and eye" and packed into gift boxes of 6 or 12 bottles each.
