For 6 small glasses of St. Kilian Express Tiramisu, you will need:
- 4 cl St. Kilian CREAM - Cream Liqueur
- 4 cl espresso
- ladyfingers
- 250 g mascarpone
- 250 g quark
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp milk
Preparation: Let the espresso cool down and mix it with St. CREAM. Whisk mascarpone, quark, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk until smooth. Soak ladyfingers in the espresso-CREAM mix and place them in a glass. Layer the mixture on top and sprinkle with cocoa.
