Hygiene and conduct rules for visitors
We would like to inform you that a distillery is considered a food-producing establishment and is therefore subject to general hygiene and conduct rules:
- Smoking, eating, and drinking are not permitted in the production area. Tasting as part of the tour is an exception.
- Taking medication during the tour is prohibited.
- We ask that you wear appropriately clean clothing.
- Thorough handwashing after leaving sanitary facilities is considered a matter of course.
- Animals are not permitted in the production rooms.
- We reserve the right to exclude participants who are intoxicated or already under the influence of alcohol from the tour.
By booking, tour participants agree to comply with the stated rules and to wear the provided protective clothing (e.g., high-visibility vest) for the duration of the tour. We reserve the right to deviate from these rules in individual cases.
