
Ingredients:
- 300 g soft butter
- 300 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- Pulp of 1 vanilla bean
- 300 g ground almonds
- 150 g chopped hazelnuts
- 80 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 100 ml Terence Hill – The Hero – Voll auf die Nuss hazelnut liqueur
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees Celsius
- Grease baking pan or line with baking paper
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- Add eggs one by one and mix well
- Mix ground almonds, flour, and baking powder, then alternately stir into the egg mixture with the Terence Hill – The Hero – Voll auf die Nuss (hazelnut liqueur)
- Roast chopped hazelnuts in a pan, add to the batter, and mix
- Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake with convection heat for approx. 35 minutes
- After baking, let the bunnies sit in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan and let cool
- Poke small holes in the cake with a wooden skewer or fork and brush with Terence Hill – The Hero – Voll auf die Nuss (hazelnut liqueur)
- Once the liqueur has soaked in, decorate with powdered sugar
