Experience St. Kilian during an online whisky tasting

Our distillery is a magnet for whisky fans and enthusiasts, and due to the unique technical aspects of some components, also for the trade press.

At the end of June, we had the pleasure of welcoming Bernhard Rems from whiskyexperts.net. During his visit, Master Distiller Mario Rudolf guided him through the distillery and our cask warehouse (Bunker City) and explained the new technical refinements.

Our Signature Edition Seven

Sweet notes of raisins and dark fruits steeped in dry sherry leave room for ripe peaches with walnut as well as fine herbs, primarily mint and sage. If you can't resist these aromas, our new Signature Edition SEVEN is the right choice for you.

Matured in ex-Sherry PX and ex-Sherry Oloroso casks, the latest Signature Edition brings the sun of Andalusia into your glass. The Single Malt Whisky is bottled at a cask strength of 51.7% vol.
