The mild, non-smoky version of our constantly available core range, ‘St. Kilian CLASSIC – Mild & Fruity’ is made up of matured distillates, 70% of which have been aged in various ex-bourbon casks and 30% in Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks. This single malt whisky impresses with multi-layered fruity notes of ripe apricots and peaches, which are perfectly rounded off by creamy vanilla, spicy oak and fine herbal notes.
