St. Kilian Distillers expands its product range to include the Terence Hill brand with the hazelnut liqueur "Terence Hill - The Hero - Voll Auf Die Nuss".

In his legendary films, Terence Hill always stands up for justice, and he doesn't shy away from a good fight. In this case, the villains get a good kicking. In the spirit of his films and to pay tribute to "The Hero" Terence Hill, St. Kilian Distillers has created a premium liqueur based on highly aromatic hazelnuts. After the brilliant success of the two whiskies from the Terence Hill series, which have meanwhile won several awards, Germany's largest whisky distillery is now releasing the Wild West liqueur "Terence Hill - The Hero - Voll auf die Nuss". "With this intense, full-bodied but not too sweet liqueur, St. Kilian completes the standard product range around its popular heroes Bud Spencer and Terence Hill," says a delighted Managing Director Philipp Trützler. In addition to the mild and smoky whiskies "Bud Spencer - The Legend" and "Terence Hill - The Hero", as well as the chilli-cinnamon liqueur "Bud Spencer Feuerwasser", the new hazelnut liqueur now seamlessly joins the already existing product range of the still young distillery from Rüdenau in Lower Franconia.
TERENCE HILL - THE HERO - FULL ON THE NUT
The basis for the new hazelnut liqueur "Terence Hill - The Hero - Voll auf die Nuss" is the mild St. Kilian Single Malt Spirit, which is double distilled from the best barley malt in original Scottish pot still stills and then blended with natural aromas. The intense aroma of roasted hazelnuts is elegantly balanced with notes of creamy vanilla, marzipan and finest cocoa. With its 21% vol., this liqueur is pleasantly mild and promises a rich and full-bodied taste experience of a very special kind. The bulbous 0.7l bottle, in which the popular Terence Hill and Bud Spencer whiskies as well as the sweet and spicy chilli-cinnamon liqueur "Bud Spencer Feuerwasser" are also bottled, gives this fine drop that certain something.
Successful licensing cooperation with BSL
St. Kilian Distillers has had a very successful cooperation with the Munich-based licensing agency Bavaria Sonor Licensing (BSL) since 2020. As a division of Bavaria Media GmbH, BSL was commissioned by the rights holder Plattfuss Vertriebs GmbH to expand the product world around Bud Spencer and Terence Hill with corresponding licensed products throughout Europe. BSL was able to win St. Kilian, a multiple award-winning distillery, initially for whiskies and liqueurs for the Bud Spencer brand. One year later, the product range was expanded with the "Terence Hill - The Hero - Whiskies" in the mild and smoky varieties. Incidentally, the whiskies have won several international awards.
Premiere at the St. Kilian online whisky tasting on April 30, 2022
Founder Andreas Thümmler and Master Distiller Mario Rudolf, together with national and international guests of honour, will present a potpourri of five selected whisky samples and two liqueurs live from the Bud Spencer Museum in Berlin on Saturday, 30 April at 8:00 pm. VIP guests and connoisseurs will also have the opportunity to taste the new hazelnut liqueur "Terence Hill - The Hero - Voll auf die Nuss" on site and online. The full-bodied Terence Hill liqueur will be available in stores from the beginning of May.

A wonderfully intense aromaof roasted hazelnuts, accompanied by a silky smooth sweetness with notes of marzipan and bourbon vanilla.
Taste
A rich sweetness with an elegantly soft texture of roasted hazelnuts, creamy vanilla and the finest caramel, underpinned by delicate marzipan and a pinch of cocoa.
Aftertaste
Velvety smooth with a mild sweetness and long reverberation of delicious hazelnut flavours, rounded off with subtly dry notes of cocoa and coffee.
